Harmon’s expertise extends to corporate governance, financial planning and analysis, SOX compliance and M&A transaction support. Beyond cannabis and life sciences, his experience includes private equity, manufacturing, technology and retail. Harmon was a Senior Associate at a Big 4 firm, where he worked with a $24 billion/year international manufacturer, prior to joining Frazier & Deeter.
