Zachary Addy (“Zach”) is the Owner and CEO of Lighthouse Dispensing Company LLC (“Lighthouse”). Lighthouse currently operates its flagship dispensary, HERBSOCIAL in Lawrenceville, IL. Zach’s background is in finance and general management. Prior to starting Lighthouse, he worked at RW Ventures, LLC (“RWV”), where he carried out market research and analysis, and financial modeling for strategic plans delivered to development authorities and municipalities.

Prior to RWV, he worked as a Senior Associate for PNC Bank, N.A., where he performed financial statement analysis, industry research, and credit underwriting on middle market and large corporate credit transactions. Zach received his B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Zach enjoys coaching and playing soccer, and reading comic books.
