Michael C. Meade is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Green Horizons. Meade is also a noted real estate mogul having co-founded Wilson Meade Commercial Brokerage and Desert Rock Development in the Coachella Valley.

Meade was a legacy cannabis operator in California's Proposition 215 era, having secured the first cultivation and retail licenses in all of Riverside County. In 2020, he started his own development company, Meade Development, and is responsible for having built Green Horizons' state of the art cultivation facility.
