Tom Epstein is the founder of Stein House Holdings, an investment firm focused on emerging industries including cannabis, EV charging, and crypto. He also founded Franchise Payments Network (FPN), which is endorsed by over 220 franchise brands for its gift, loyalty, and payment solutions.

With a background in both retail and payments, most notably as VP of National Sales at Fiserv, Tom has spent over two decades creating innovative tools for franchise and specialty retail. Today, his focus is POLN8, a platform helping cannabis and smoke shop retailers drive customer loyalty and navigate complex payment challenges.

Based in South Florida, Tom remains active in tech, art, and advocacy communities.
