Mr. Paredero-Quiros is the Chief Financial Officer of SNDL, a role he has held since July 2023. With over 25 years of global leadership in finance and operations within the consumer goods and pharmaceutical sectors, he has contributed to transforming SNDL into one of Canada’s most successful private-sector and liquor retailers. Throughout his career, Mr. Paredero-Quiros has served in various leading organizations including Mondelez International, Novartis, Newell Brands, and Procter & Gamble, with extensive experience in corporate governance, performance optimization, financial strategy, operational discipline, public company reporting, M&A, internal controls and long-term value creation for shareholders.
