Aaron Kaplan is the co-CEO and co-founder of Prometheum Inc, the parent company of SEC and FINRA-registered digital asset securities trading platform Prometheum ATS, and Prometheum Capital, its special purpose broker-dealer. Aaron previously served as counsel to leading securities law firm Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum PLLC, where he focused his practice on the applications of distributed ledger technology in the securities industry and related regulatory issues. Aaron holds his JD from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his BA from the University of Wisconsin.
