David Alderman is a research analyst for digital asset management at Franklin Templeton. He is responsible for conducting fundamental research and analysis on the firm's digital asset strategies. 

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, David was with Pervalle Global LLC, a discretionary macro hedge fund covering commodity-based equities and digital assets. Before Pervalle, he worked as an investment banking analyst at Intrepid Financial Partners and Regions Securities, LLC, focusing on the energy sector. David holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Science in financial economics from Columbia Business School.
