Tanya Solati is a project manager at ONEflight International, a global leader in private aviation and the Best Luxury Private Jet Charter Broker recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards. She oversees the real estate department there, developing high-end luxury properties. In addition, Solati is the founder of TS Capital, an advisory firm specializing in both traditional and alternative assets, as well as ‘Gen Z and Friends,’ a community aimed at helping her generation navigate life in their 20s.



Her career spans real estate and traditional finance. She has supported sales and business development at globally recognized firms, including SkyBridge Capital and SALT, both founded by former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci.
