Mr. Kelly is the Founder and CEO of Kelly Intelligence, an investment management and intelligence firm that seeks to bring cutting-edge products. He has an extensive background investment management, with a specific focus on options and ETFs. At Kelly Intelligence, he is responsible for investment strategy, ETF product design, index development, and portfolio implementation.

Previously, Mr. Kelly was the Founder, Chief Investment Officer, and portfolio manager at Recon Capital, a firm which he started and later sold to Mirae Asset Global Investments. He is notably known as the creator of the Nasdaq 100 Covered Call ETF (QYLD) and the BXNT index (CBOE NASDAQ 100 BuyWrite V2 Index). Mr. Kelly created a custom options strategy in connection with the initial public offering of an options based closed-end fund. Mr. Kelly holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, and a minor in Law & Economics, from the W.P. Carey School of Business, and Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University.
