Tomer Rosen is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of WNSTN AI, a fintech company that uses advanced artificial intelligence to help financial institutions increase client engagement and gain deeper insights into investor behavior — all in a compliant and data-driven way.

As CTO, Tomer translates complex AI and quantitative models into real-world engagement tools for brokers and wealth platforms. His work focuses on integrating AI with behavioral analytics, enabling firms to understand what drives client decisions and respond in real time.

Before founding WNSTN, Tomer served as a senior R&D executive at a leading hedge fund, where he led the development of advanced quant models supporting billions of dollars in daily trading volume.

In addition to his work at WNSTN, he lectures on algorithmic trading and AI in finance at Ben-Gurion University.
