Ronak Daya is the Head of Product at Paxos. Ronak has 15+ years in product and business leadership across crypto, lending and small business and was the former Head of Financing and Prime Platform at Coinbase & former Global Head of Credit Products and Operations for Banking at Square.

Daya has an engineering background and started his career in FX and Commodities at Deutsche Bank. He also led Product teams in ad-tech at Intent Media and lending at Bond Street.
