Matt Joanou is the CEO & Co-founder of Stakeholder Labs. The company partners with public companies to activate retail investors and build market awareness. Deploying a combination of strategy and flexible, AI-powered software tailored to each client. Stakeholder Labs also co-produces After Earnings with Morning Brew and Matt hosts Marketopolis with Benzinga featuring executives from companies like CAVA, Intuit, Okta, Lyft, and Salesforce.

Previously, he helped build out a startup called Punchd (acquired by Google in 2011), leading its commercial integration into Google Wallet and then working across Google’s advertising partnerships org. Later in his career he was a part of the team that rebuilt Reddit’s ads business, initially launching the LA office and later building out the global agency program in New York and London.
