Taresh Batra brings 17+ years of deep expertise in financial services, hedge fund management, and strategic investing. Since July 2024, he has served as VP of Investments at Range, leading advisory services, portfolio strategy, and firm-wide investment operations for the modern wealth management platform built for high earning households with complex wealth. As a member of Range’s leadership team, he advises on the strategic vision and long term planning of Range, and advances key business initiatives.


Previously, he was a Partner at Notch View Capital (2022–2024), where he managed portfolio strategy and operations, and served as Board Advisor to Collective (2022–present) after leading its finance and strategy function.


Earlier in his career, Taresh managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios at hedge funds including Governors Lane LP, Glenhill Capital, and Trian Fund Management, specializing in public market investing across the capital structure. He began his career in investment banking at Moelis & Company and UBS, executing M&A and restructuring transactions across a variety of sectors.


Taresh is a father of 2 and holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
