Sean is a Managing Director in Chardan’s Technology and Healthcare Group where he is responsible for leading advisory efforts within the FinTech and Clean Energy subsectors. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising efforts across the capital stack. Prior to joining Chardan, Sean spent six years at Citigroup where he most recently was the Global Head of Loans Strategy. In this role, he headed the Bank's efforts to digitize and streamline the wholesale credit process from origination through to funding. Before this, Sean was part of the Investment Bank where he covered Citigroup's global FinTech and Asset Management clients and led the execution on prominent M&A and capital markets transactions. Sean began his career at Deloitte where he spent five years as an auditor specializing in Financial Services. He holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College, an MBA from Georgetown University, and is a CPA in the State of New York.
