"Gabriella Wilday is the CEO and Co-Founder of Molly Ann Farms, an adult-use cannabis dispensary located in Haledon, NJ. With over 30 years of leadership experience, she is recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic contributions. Gabriella's career spans various highly-regulated industries including technology, food service and cannabis.

Gabriella previously served as Area Vice President for a global institution where she successfully managed large-scale sales and service teams. She is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded three successful startup companies. In 2001, she launched Sourcium Group, a certified women’s owned business in the technology procurement space. In 2012, she founded No Fuss Lunch, a healthy school-lunch provider serving 70 schools in the tri-state area, reflecting her commitment to community health and well-being. 

Her board experience includes serving as a trustee and former president of the College Club of Northern New Jersey, a nonprofit organization supporting young women in Paterson, NJ, in their pursuit of higher education. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Trustees for Ridgecrest Senior Housing Corporation, a HUD housing development for low-income senior citizens and disabled adults.

A dedicated mother of three high school-aged children and proud spouse of a bad-ass husband, Gabriella's philanthropic efforts are as notable as her business achievements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business which has been instrumental in her extensive and varied career in leadership and management."
