Kris Ciccarelli is the Chief Technology Officer at Flowhub, where he leads technology development and product innovation powering over 1,000 cannabis dispensaries nationwide.

Before Flowhub, Kris was Director of Engineering at Wayfair, where he played a key role in scaling the company from 2,000 to 20,000 employees and increasing annual revenue from $500 million to over $10 billion. He led the development of proprietary logistics software that optimized Wayfair’s delivery network across the U.S. and internationally. Kris has also held leadership roles at Gamalon and Tomorrow Health, specializing in AI automation and rapid product velocity.

With deep expertise in ecommerce and SaaS, Kris is passionate about building intuitive, high-performance technology that empowers cannabis retailers to operate efficiently, stay compliant, and scale seamlessly in an evolving market.
