Shane Fairbrother has 14 years in the cannabis space, highly proficient in scaling and marketing products through entities ranging from Canadian LP's , MSO's , Cannabis brands and various entertainment figures internationally.

Holding a strong emphasis on capturing the widest demographics and curating an organic customer connection, Shane has been able to connect with some of the industry's most successful tastemakers and pioneers to build global presence and recognition for a variety of products he has been involved with.

From 2011-2020, Shane served as founder of Medtainer, collaborating with entities including but not limited to Organigram, Tilray, Aphria, Aurora, Medmen, Atlantic records, Weedmaps, Wiz khalifa, Post Malone, Advanced nutrients, LRG, Integra boost, Snoop Dogg, Kid Cudi & Hemper. Through Working with Hemper when they were founded in 2015, he grew a relationship with the CEO ,Bryan Gerber.

Fast forward to 2021, Shane Joined the team at Hara Supply as Director of Sales and Operations, with the goal to increase market penetration and assist entities across the industry in both cost savings and SKU diversities for their brands and retail footprints to maximize sell through and increase operational efficiencies to grow together.
