Jesce Horton is a pioneering force in cannabis, blending technical expertise, entrepreneurship, and education. With an engineering degree from Florida State University and an Ivy League education in Integrative Plant Science, he applies a methodical, science-driven approach to cannabis operations and business strategy.

He is the founder of LOWD, a top-tier craft cannabis brand recognized by Forbes as one of the most influential in the industry (2022), and co-founder of Grand National, a venture focused on expanding growth opportunities for operators and underrepresented brands. Through Plant Fidelity Solutions, Jesce consults on cultivation, compliance, and business strategy, helping companies optimize efficiency and sustainability.

Committed to education and workforce development, Jesce is an Adjunct Professor at LIM College in Manhattan and Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, where he develops and teaches cannabis curriculum. He also co-founded the Minority Cannabis Business Association (MCBA) and NuProject, which have helped shape equity policies and provided over $4 million in grants and loans to businesses harmed by prohibition.

Jesce has served on the boards of MJBiz, Cannabis Business Times, and the Resource Innovation Institute (RII), where he was Chairman of the Board.
