Ritesh Shah is the CEO of NJ Leaf, New Jersey’s first and only pharmacist-owned alternate treatment facility. NJ Leaf is woman-owned, minority-owned, and locally operated, led by a team of experienced pharmacists dedicated to personalized patient care and privacy.

He is also the CEO/Managing Partner of Legacy Pharmacy Group, one of the tri-state area’s largest GPOs supporting independent pharmacies. A passionate advocate for patient education, Ritesh helps individuals manage chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.

As the Founder & Trustee of Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy, he is committed to expanding access to essential medications for underserved communities.

A licensed pharmacist, Ritesh lives in Freehold, NJ, with his wife, Asha, also a pharmacist, and their children, Sarthak and Krina.
