Having Trouble Logging Into the App?

If you're experiencing issues, here are some quick tips:

  • Make sure you’ve downloaded the correct app: Look for “Attendee Mobile App” by Swoogo.
  • If someone else registered you: You’ll need to reset your password using the email you were registered with.
  • To reset your password:
    1. Go to the app’s login screen and click "Reset Password"
    2. Enter your email and click Continue
    3. You’ll receive an email from registration@benzinga.com with a reset link
    4. Click “RESET PASSWORD” and follow the prompts to set your new password
    5. A green confirmation bar will appear once reset is complete
    6. Return to the app and log in with your new password

How do I access my schedule?

Once logged in, tap the

My Schedule tab to view the full event schedule along with your personalized sessions, meetings, and activities.


Can I schedule 1:1 meetings in the app?

Yes! Navigate to the

1:1 Meetings tab to request and manage meetings.
When someone sends you a meeting request, you’ll receive an email at the address you used to register. Click Accept or Decline in the email to respond. Once accepted, you’ll have the option to sync the meeting to your device’s calendar.


Why does it say no times are available for meetings?

This usually means you’ve added the

Exhibit Hall session to your calendar. Since the app doesn’t allow double-booking, this blocks availability from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
To resolve this, simply uncheck or remove the Exhibit Hall session from your schedule, and your full availability will open back up for meetings.


Editing Your Bio

Currently, bios cannot be edited directly within the app itself. However, you can update your profile information — including your bio — by going back to your original registration confirmation email and clicking the

“Modify Registration” link. Any updates made there will sync to your app profile.

Additional Attendee Mobile App Questions

Session Selection & Booking 1:1 Meetings

Your session selections are based on what you selected during registration — those selections automatically block those time slots in the 1:1 meeting scheduler.
At this time, those session selections cannot be changed directly by clicking the “Modify Registration” link.


Registrant Directory – Name Search Limitations
You are correct — the search currently matches the name exactly as entered during registration (for example, Matt vs. Matthew). This can’t be changed in the app, as it reflects how each attendee chose to display their name.

Thank you for the feedback! At this time, there isn’t an alphabetical quick-scroll feature. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and unfortunately, this is a current limitation of the app setup that cannot be adjusted at this moment.
