We recommend arriving prior to the conference on Sunday, June 8th for our Welcome Reception happening at the Marriott Magnificent Mile at 6pm.

Our conference concludes on June 10th. There are often after-parties, and networking events after our conference hours, so most of our guests will plan to depart on Wednesday, June 11th.

Yes! We have our own networking app: Swoogo Attendee Mobile.
As long as you are subscribed to our event emails, you will receive more information on the networking app closer to the event.
Networking app to open for attendees 2 weeks before the conference.

We are currently working on the layout of the conference. Please be sure you are subscribed to our Benzinga Events emails to get all updates.

An attendee floor plan will be provided 2 weeks before the conference.

Yes! Check out the gallery page on our website one week after the conference.

Benzinga Events does not offer or send our attendee list.
Only registered attendees are able to communicate with other attendees via our networking app.

Under no circumstances will Benzinga publicly share or sell the attendee list from any of our events.

If you come across a company or website who is trying to sell you our attendee list please be aware that it is a scam.

No, all purchases for our events are not refundable but can be transferred to another attendee or another event.
If you’d like to transfer your ticket to another event or attendee, please email registration@benzinga.com

All pass types include continental breakfast and lunch both days of the conference.
