Download the "Swoogo Attendee" Mobile App
This app will allow you to view the event schedule, session details, and important attendee information. This is the app that all attendees view and will login to for event day.
Step-by-Step Guide to Navigating the Event Mobile Apps
*Make sure notifications are turned on on your device to stay upto date on whats happening
Step 1: Download the App
Swoogo Attendee Mobile App
- Open the Google Play Store (Android) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.swoogo.mobile or App Store (Apple). https://apps.apple.com/us/app/swoogo-go-onsite/id6692606934
- Search for Attendee Mobile.
- Download and install the app.
- Search: Cannabis Capital Conference
Step 2: Log In
Attendee Mobile App
- Open the app.
- Enter the email address you registered with for the event.
- Check your email inbox for a magic link or verification code.
- Tap the link or enter the code to access the app.
Step 3: Explore the Event App
- Get Started: Learn how to maximize your event experience.
- Welcome Reception "First Pour": Find details on the kickoff event.
- How to Schedule a 1:1: Step-by-step guide to setting up meetings.
- 1:1 Meetings: View your scheduled meetings.
- Registrants: Browse the list of event attendees.
- How to Request a Huddle Room: Instructions for securing a private meeting space.
- Huddle Room Request: Submit and track your request.
- Speakers: Browse speaker bios and session details.
- Agenda: View the full schedule and build your personal agenda by bookmarking sessions.
- My Schedule: Keep track of your saved sessions and meetings.
- Activity: Engage with the event’s interactive elements.
- MAP - Find an Exhibitor: Locate exhibitors with ease.
- Sponsors: Discover event sponsors and their offerings.
- Halfway Happy Hour: Details on the mid-event networking session.
- Map: General venue layout and navigation.
- The Final Spark: Information on the event’s closing festivities.
- About: Learn more about the event and its mission.
Step 4: Customize Your Experience
- Add sessions to your calendar you’re interested in attending.
- Create a profile with your photo, job title, and bio to help others connect with you.
- Enable notifications to receive important event updates.
Step 5: Engage & Network
- Use the chat feature to connect with fellow attendees and speakers.
- Schedule 1:1 meetings by choosing the 'Registrants' page
- Search for the Attendee you would like to set a meeting with
- Choose the clock icon at the bottom of the page
- Send a Meeting Request
- The attendee will receive a notification in their email inbox to accept or decline the meeting
