He spent 20 years doing just that in craft beer - building distributor networks and retailer relationships all over the world. Ted saw new opportunity in cannabis in 2017 and joined the regulated market in California. He spent 5 years building sales teams and running operations for indoor and greenhouse growers as well as overseeing extraction labs. Ted learned about the dysfunction of the cannabis industry first hand and saw that hemp could fix so many of the issues that plagued the regulated market. He's spent the last two years in hemp, helping to build an industry that helps everyone thrive.

Ted is the Chief Beverage Officer for Cheech and Chong, the Chairman of the board of Directors for the Hemp Beverage Alliance and a relentless advocate for regulatory reform that will allow our industry to succeed.
