  • Companies nominate themselves! The best way to celebrate your company’s hard-won achievements is to take the opportunity to grab the spotlight when it’s available to you & apply for a Benzinga Fintech Award.
  • Our editorial team will also nominate companies it deems interesting from the daily newscycle. Editorial nominations are subjected to the same judging criteria as all self-nominations.
  • Finalists: The Benzinga Fintech Awards Finalists make up our shortlist of the most innovative, game-changing industry leaders, simplifying the financial journeys for everyday users. Finalists are chosen solely based on the highest judges’ scores in each category and, while the number of Finalists may vary for each category, that number depends on the amount of submissions we receive for each category.
  • Winners:
    • Winners are announced LIVE at the ceremony following our conference on November 10th. Each category will be announced from the stage with a Runner-Up and Winner being recognized for each category. The Winner and Runner-Up are the two highest scores awarded per category.
    • Winners receive a commemorative trophy and a digital 2025 Winner’s Badge to be used across Company’s digital properties
    • Runners-Up receive a commemorative certificate and a digital 2025 Runner-Up Badge to be used across Company’s digital properties

  • The Benzinga Global Fintech Awards aims to celebrate innovations that simplify the lives of the everyday trader & investor. Who better to judge those submissions than Benzinga’s Editorial Board whose sole focus is to distill complex market and industry-specific data into actionable, approachable information that the lay investor can use.
  • The submission process is fairly simple and focuses on addressing the question – “Tell us why you deserve the award”
  • After the submission deadline, all entries are fully evaluated and scored by Benzinga’s Editorial Board. The evaluation criteria are focused on the concepts of innovation and accessibility - SEE CRITERIA BELOW.
  • Once the review process has concluded, all finalists and winners will be notified directly via email. Due to the high volume of entries we receive each year, only finalists and winners will be notified directly of the outcome.
